At one point I migrated a couple of my blogs to Graffiti CMS. Although I do just about everything in ASP.NET, I can no longer use Graffiti solely for that reason. WordPress is just far superior (for my purposes) in every aspect.
Graffiti CMS is now open source and can be found and downloaded from codeplex. There is a good write up here for those interested in installing the Graffiti CMS from the Codeplex source code.
I’ll continue to watch its open source growth, but I really feel like Telligent dropped the ball on the whole Graffiti CMS by not making it open source from the start. Initially, people had such high expectations and there was even controversy over the comparison to Graffiti taking on Wordpress. I knew it wouldn’t survive unless it was open source. Oh well, that’s another story.
For those who also wish to migrate away from Graffiti CMS, I found the two links below extremely helpful. Essentially you need to export to movable type.
